Hey Everyone!

Here are some pictures of doughnuts I made this week.  They were really delicious!

It was one of the first times I made them by myself. I was very pleased with how they turned out!😀

The first bowl of doughnuts are covered in cinnamon and sugar, in the second bowl they are plain. I like these doughnuts better plain, but my siblings love them covered in cinnamon and sugar. 😀

Sometimes we cover the doughnuts with powdered sugar or we make a glaze to dip them in.  If you have never made (or had) homemade doughnuts, you should totally try! There are a bunch of wonderful recipes out there! This is an awesome recipe for homemade yeast doughnuts that my family has made many times.

I Love how each of the doughnuts looks a little different. You can make them more uniform, but I love how the little spikes and bumps look. Besides they taste really good! 😀

p.s. I always fry my doughnuts in our own lard. Best fat ever for frying in!
