About Me

Hey.

If you found your way here, I guess that you want to find out something about me. The person behind this blog. So here goes nothing.

I love God. I struggle at times to trust Him, but don’t we all?

I am extremely blessed to have an amazing family. I’m the oldest of a bunch of kids, even amounts girls and boys. We are all homeschooled, you probably expected that though.

I am teenage girl, with brown hair and brown eyes, who will never be thin and tall and instead is learning to embrace and love her body.

I could spend all day cooking and in the kitchen and still not want to leave the kitchen. I love food, spicy food, sweet food, especially chocolate.

Reading is one of my top three, or so, ways to spend my time. Books are my sanity in difficult times, my escape from my at times crazy life.

Photography is an incredible way to share pieces of God’s creation with others. It is a way to capture and preserve moments of time, memories.

I live on a small organic dairy farm in rural New England. It is a beautiful place and every day the beauty of this corner of God’s creation amazes me.

Now that you have heard something about me, who are you? What is something you love (or hate)?

I’m the oldest too (high-five on that!), but I have quite a small family! πŸ˜‚ Chocolate is definitely great, but I have to say I prefer baking to cooking, although most of the time I’m torn between the two! πŸ’š Looking forward to seeing more of your posts, Autumn x
